Douglas McGann
Doug has spent 30 years as a senior executive and board member at multi-national banking, consulting, PE-backed FinTech, and privately held organizations. His focus has been on leading large-scale business platform implementations, carve-out; turnaround situations and early to mid-stage ventures. He brings an entrepreneurial perspective at all times, and is keenly focused on balancing operational efficiency with growth and profitability objectives.
Doug was the CFO and President of Unirush where he drove the financial and operational transformation of a $100MM pre-paid debit card company and successfully led the organization through a strategic sale. Prior to Unirush, Doug held senior management roles in the wealth management space including, Regional Director of Citigroup’s Asia Pacific Wealth Management business, Head of Operational Strategy for JPMorgan Chase’s Affluent Banking division, and Fixed Income Product Specialist at Merrill Lynch & Co.
He has built specialized consulting practices within organizations that include Milestone, Capco, and Deloitte, focused on profitability optimization at global investment banking firms and institutional asset managers.
Doug holds a BS in Business Administration from Questrom School of Business at Boston University.

LAUREN HAUNSCHILD
Lauren is a Principal at Camber Advisors, where she brings two decades of experience as a CPA leading financial controllership and advisory engagements for companies navigating growth, transition, or operational complexity. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance, working closely with owners, executives, and finance teams to strengthen financial reporting, controls, and decision-making infrastructure.
Lauren engages directly with financial statements, underlying transactions, internal controls, and reporting processes, often at a forensic level, to identify risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. Her work supports management teams, boards, and investors who require confidence in the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of financial information.
At Camber, Lauren is valued for her technical rigor, sound judgment, and ability to translate complex financial issues into clear, actionable guidance.
Lauren holds a Masters in Accounting from San Diego State University
